1. Where do you ship to? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.
2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our US delivery options:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (free on orders meeting the minimum threshold)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (if below free shipping threshold)

3. How long does delivery take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders. The minimum spend is displayed automatically at checkout.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your electric toothbrush. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Full details on our Returns page.
6. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number and link via email after shipping. You can also check the status in your KeyloraCraft account under “My Orders”.
7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
8. Are your electric toothbrushes good for sensitive teeth? Yes! Many models include gentle brushing modes specifically designed for sensitive teeth and gums, along with pressure sensors to protect your enamel.
9. Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@keyloracraft.com) or live chat. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible before shipping.
